Death Balls are the physical copies of games made to be played on the Death Drive Mk II. The balls themselves were created by Frank, and their games created by his associate, Dr. Juvenile.

There were only 7 Death Balls made for the Death Drive II system:

Beating all these games allowed the player to make one wish - Badman would go on to wish his daughter back to life...however, she would first be reincarnated as a dog.

  • Electric Thunder Tiger II - a sequel to Travis' favorite game
  • Life is Destroy - a top-down puzzle game based on a real-life serial killer
  • Coffee & Doughnuts - a platformer where you collect coffee & doughnuts to revive the main character, Brian Buster Jr.
  • Golden Dragon GP - a vector-style racing game that included a system where you could climb a tower for upgrades to your bike
  • Killer Marathon
  • Serious Moonlight - would go on to be Damned: Dark Knight, a sequel to Shadows of the Damned
  • CIA - a prototype game that sent the player to the real life CIA
