Destroyman True Face is an assassin and the true seventh boss in No More Heroes III. His encounter takes the place of the planned fight with Sniping Lee.

Destroyman True Face resembles his Mass-Produced Destroyman lackies, being a completely robotic reconstruction of the original Destroyman, but with a noticeably more demonic and complex design. He possesses sharp features along his helmet, gauntlets, and boots, and wears a devious collar around his neck. Another notable feature is the demon-like robot face on his belly.

Destroyman True Face's personality is the same as his previous incarnations, as Travis describes him as an "immature little bitch". He leaned more heavily into the superhero persona this time around, declaring it was his duty to destroy evildoers such as the assassin Travis.

In the years after his "death" by Travis, Destroyman True Face has begun to consider himself a rival of Travis, openly talking about how he's an old friend of Travis despite how much Travis dismisses him. This friendly demeanour is likely just a facade so Destroyman True Face can kill Travis, either as revenge or to prove himself better than him.

Destroyman True Face has many of the same abilities that he had in the past. He still has his Destroy Spark which has been upgraded to the point that he can shoot out large electrical waves, Destroy Cannon which he can either fire out of both of his hands and have the small blasts home in on Travis or make a large ball of energy above his head which he throws towards the opponent, the Destroy Pound which has him unlease a wave of energy around him and his Destroy Buster where he flies in the air and shoots the laser down on Travis.

Additional moves that Destroyman has gained include the Destroy Punch where Destroyman True Face flies towards Travis fist-first while surrounded by energy so he can deal a powerful punch to him as well as the ability to generate small blades of energy at the end of both of his hands so he can slash Travis.

Destroyman True Face resides within an underground factory beneath the coastline in Call of Battle. There he awaits, building up an army of Mass-Produced Destroyman cyborg clones. Notorious had been watching his activity closely, and described him as an unaffiliated terrorist who stole money from militaries around the world to finance a plot for world domination.

Evidently, Destroyman True Face had retained some ties to the UAA, as Sylvia was able to call on him to fight Travis after Notorious ruined the boss fight with Sniping Lee. At first he deployed Mass-Produced Destroymen to fight Travis on the beach above, but once Notorious blew a hole in the ground leading to the secret laboratory, Travis infiltrated his hideout. Destroyman True Face then fought Travis one-on-one, but was defeated, resulting in a massive explosion that destroyed the factory while Travis escaped.
