Jacob's Ladder is a katana used by Shinobu in No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle, it's very fast and Shinobu can shoot one or two sonic shots with it. It will turn rusty as she attacks people with it, she will sharpen the sword to make its sharpness increase.

The weapon works similarly to Travis' Beam Katanas, most notably the Blood Berry, but has several key differences. While holding the A button down to charge the attack, Shinobu moves faster than she does normally. This can be abused to enable faster movement during her stages. In addition to this, she is also capable of firing her Sonic Sword attack from the first game after charging it up.
